We do not discriminate against any race or nationality. However, we cannot possibly post all applicant's profiles due to the cost of translating them into Japanese. Therefore, certain applicants are given higher priority according to the following criteria:
In addition, all applicants need to fill in the application form correctly and attach a clear photo. As we need to balance the number of Japanese applicants and foreign applicants, we can only accept up to three applicants per day. If we have more than three applicants, we have to select who to place using the above criteria, therefore you might not be selected even if you apply many times. In such a case we offer our apologies. If your profile has not yet been posted, please revise your message or attach a clearer photo and try again. We still cannot guarantee your placement. Please remember that we reserve the right to accept or reject all members' information. |

When completing the Sign-in Registration. (free of charge !) Your infomation written at the time of sign-in registration is translated into Japanese and is added to the Japanese database with your sent photograph. When completing a Relationship Application. (free of charge !) If you express interest in any of the members, please feel free to contact them. Once we receive your messages for the members, your messages will be forwarded to him/her. (Note: Your message will be sent w/o any translation.) Members decide to either accept or reject any messages sent to them. If the member likes your messages, then he/she will reply to you directly. If the member reject, we'll let you know about that, however please note that because of circumstances this may not always be possible. You can send your first message to up to one-member/every day. When receiving a Relationship Application.(free of charge !) Once we get a message from our members for you, we'll inform you. When you get the message;(free of charge !) [1] Please inform us if you are going to accept or reject the message promptly. [2] If you accept, you will receive an email from him/her within a few days directly. In this case, please surely send a reply to him/her. [3] If you reject, nothing more is required of you. *These are very important rules. *If you breach them, you will lose your membership. |

We never use a member's information for any purposes other than our club. All private information is held in confidence. Question 2 What is the procedure for changing the contents of the personal profile, changing the picture, and/or deleting the profile in the future? You may change your own photograph at any time, free of charge. You may change important information, such as current address, at any time, free of charge. However, you cannot change [About Myself] and [Type of Partner] as it would require us to translate your ad again. Please contact us to change or delete your personal information.
